Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Nomad Wisdom Teeth ("Nomad," "we," "us") operates this website as a marketing, information, and scheduling/referral platform. Nomad is not a dental or medical practice, dental office, or provider, and Nomad does not provide dental, surgical, medical, anesthesia, or health care services or advice of any kind.
2. Independent providers
All consultations, examinations, procedures, sedation, and care are provided by independent, licensed third-party oral surgeons and dental providers ("Providers") who are solely responsible for their own services, clinical judgment, licensure, and outcomes. Nomad does not employ, supervise, or control the Providers' clinical decisions. Your relationship for care is with the Provider, not with Nomad.
3. No doctor–patient relationship with Nomad
Using this site, submitting a form, or scheduling through Nomad does not create a doctor–patient, dentist–patient, or professional treatment relationship with Nomad.
4. Informational content only
Content on this site (including pages about wisdom teeth, IV sedation, insurance, and pricing) is general information, not medical advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for a consultation and examination by a licensed Provider. Always seek the advice of a qualified provider about your specific situation.
5. Pricing and eligibility
Any prices shown (including "$1,999") are estimates for a standard case and are not a guarantee. Final pricing, what is included, insurance and Medicaid eligibility and coverage, and your suitability for any procedure or sedation are determined by the Provider after an examination and may differ. Additional charges may apply for cases involving added complexity.
6. No guarantee of results
Nomad makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability, quality, results, or safety of any Provider's services.
7. Assumption of risk; release and indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that any dental or surgical procedure carries inherent risks, that such care is provided solely by the independent Providers, and you release and hold Nomad harmless from, and agree to indemnify Nomad against, any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or relating to the services, acts, or omissions of any Provider. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomad and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from care provided by Providers. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Nomad (if any).
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and any referral or scheduling services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
10. Third-party links
The site may link to Providers or third parties; Nomad is not responsible for their content or services.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Add venue/arbitration clause per your attorney.]

Privacy Policy
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Nomad Wisdom Teeth ("Nomad," "we") collects and uses information when you use this website or submit a request to be connected with an independent oral surgery Provider.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, phone, email, location, preferred appointment details, and any information you choose to include (including health-related details you submit in a form or message).
- Automatically: device/browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and similar analytics via cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use it
To connect you with a Provider; to schedule or follow up on appointments; to verify insurance/Medicaid eligibility with your permission; to respond to your inquiries; to improve the site; and, where permitted, to send you communications about our services. [If you send SMS/marketing texts, add express-consent and opt-out language — required under the TCPA.]
4. How we share it
- With the independent Providers you ask to be connected to, so they can contact and treat you.
- With service providers (e.g., hosting, scheduling, analytics) that support our operations.
- As required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- We do not sell your personal information. [Confirm and keep accurate.]
5. Health information
Some information you submit may relate to your health. We limit collection to what's needed to connect you with a Provider. Once a Provider treats you, that Provider's own privacy practices and HIPAA obligations apply to your care records. [If Nomad acts as a business associate of any Provider, a Business Associate Agreement and HIPAA safeguards apply — confirm with counsel.]
6. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and analytics to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data security & retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
8. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing communications, by contacting us at [EMAIL].
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Minors' wisdom-teeth cases involve parental consent handled by the Provider.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.

Communications & Consent
1. Consent to be contacted (phone & text/SMS)
By providing your phone number and submitting a form or request on this site, you agree that Nomad Wisdom Teeth and the independent Providers we connect you with may contact you at that number — including by phone call and text (SMS/MMS) message, and including through automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and automated texting technology — for purposes such as scheduling, appointment reminders, follow-up, eligibility and insurance questions, and marketing about our services.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase, treatment, or service. You can still contact us or receive care without agreeing to marketing messages.
2. Message frequency, rates, and opting out
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts may prevent us from sending scheduling or reminder messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Email marketing
If you provide your email address, you agree we may send you appointment-related and promotional emails about our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us at [EMAIL].
4. Call recording & tracking
Calls to or from the numbers on this site may be recorded, monitored, or tracked (including with call-analytics tools) for quality, training, scheduling, and marketing-measurement purposes. By calling or requesting a call, you consent to this where permitted by law.
5. Consent to data collection and sharing
By submitting information on this site, you consent to our collection, use, storage, and sharing of that information as described in the Privacy Policy above — including sharing your details with the independent Provider(s) you ask to be connected with, and with service providers that support our operations — so that you can be contacted, scheduled, and treated. You may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by contacting us at [EMAIL], subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
6. Your acknowledgements
By using this site and submitting a request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the parent/guardian submitting on behalf of a minor patient), the contact details you provide are yours, and you have read and agree to these Terms, this Privacy Policy, and these Communications & Consent terms.
"By checking this box and submitting, I agree to Nomad Wisdom Teeth's Terms, Privacy Policy, and Communications & Consent terms. I consent to be contacted by Nomad Wisdom Teeth and its partner oral surgeons at the phone number and email I provided — including by phone call, text message, and automated/prerecorded messages — for scheduling and marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts."
